COST
The registration free is 60CAD per person which covers participation (visit of the base of Reims, Fort Fermont , other expenses and…bus).
Of course, attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from Marville, Virton and Florenville area, accommodation, meals and refreshments not otherwise specified.
Since there are no public or private sponsors of the reunion, your registration free also reflects a portion of overhead costs.

You are, of course, free to arrange and book accommodations as you wish. However, we suggest hotels for your consideration, both of which are convenient to the reunion venue:

Please also indicate if you wish to purchase the book (60 euros) by Philippe Baar, Pierre Baar and Hugues Herr: Marville RCAF air base 1954-1967 (re-print) and the number of copies but pay nothing at the moment!

 Aug 8th - 10th / 2008 RCAF / CFS FOYMOUNT Reunion
Just a note to inform anyone who might be interested in or who may know of someone else that might have been stationed at one time or another at RCAF/CFS Foymount between 1952 (opening) and 1974 when the base closed that there is a base REUNION planned in Eganville, Ontario for AUGUST 8th - 10th / 2008 next summer. - Sept 14-15 2007 RCAF FLIGHT SIMULATOR REUNION

- May 04-05 2007 is the 50th anniversary of Rideau High School, Ottawa. A reunion is scheduled for past faculty and students. The event will include open house, dance and the 2007 annual golf tournament. Most of the kids from Rockcliffe Air Base went to this high school after it opened in 1957. There is going to be one huge reunion for all years and all alumni from both schools and also celebrating 20yrs of St Joe's and Scollard Hall being together.

There is a reunion planned for the "50th" anniversary of the Peter Cunningham Memorial Arena on the 3rd week-end in September of 06. There is a bistro also in the arena,called the "Flyers Bistro" as well there is a hudge German gasthaus along side the arena. The year 2003 will mark 100 years of remarkable growth in communications and electronics, and information technology.
It is also a superb opportunity to celebrate to devotion and the tremendous sacrifices of many Canadians in building a nation.
In the year 2003, the Communications and Electronics (C&E) Association of Canada, in concert with the C&E Branch,
will organize activities to commemorate the 100-years of distinguished Military Communications services to Canada.
Within the context of Communications Centennial, the C&E Community includes all past and current members of the Communication Reserve and the Regular Forces, C&E advocates, C&E Association and Clubs, Corporations and IT professionals.
The C&E Association Executive Committee Chairperson will oversee the 2003 celebrations with the assistance of the C&E Branch Colonel Commandant.
